Reign of Blood is a fully text-based accessible game that you play directly in your browser, no downloads, no flash or java plug-ins.
It is totally free to play, but I highly recommend buying a VIP status for around U.S. $5 so you can heal without paying for it and travel between towns without paying a fee. All fees are in game money, only buying VIP is real money and they use paypal for security.
The game involves being a vampire. You can get weapons and armor, go on quests, battle other vamps for blood and go to the human village to attack humans for blood.
The game is quite large and I recommend joining a coven as soon as you can because they offer much needed help for the quest, special weapons/armor for joining, and a general place to chat about the game.
You can create your own profile and even put music on your profile page by using mixpod or hypster or another music player.
This game is free of captcha codes and if there are any at all, they are easy cause it will say someting like type the following and then give a 4 digit number for you to copy into the edit box.
Roll playing is highly encouraged in the RP forums both in the main game forums and in the coven forums plus you can creat a blog detailing your character's story or anything else you want to write about.
You also train in the gym on strength, toughness, and speed to increase your character stats and these use turns. Near the top it will tell you how many turns you have and every hour you get 19 turns until you reach your max and that varies by levels, but you can vote each day to gain near 150 turns in case you are running short.
Battling vamps, walking through the underground, training in the gym, and walking through the graveyard will take one turn per step or one turn per vamp battle.
You have AP and QP points that you can spend on training the three main skills plus one other which is adding to your life amount. Speed is the best to train. You get QP *quest points* for completing quest and AP for leveling up, but I would suggest saving as many of both as you can since quests, and certain achievements require you to have certain aamounts.
